We hired Tom and his team at Army Roofing to replace the roof at our business and were impressed from start to finish; the team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The workmanship looks excellent, they finished on schedule, and they left the site clean — I’d happily recommend them to other business owners.
A huge thank you to Tom and his son John for coming out to take a look at our roofs this morning. During the consultation with them about the condition of our roofs, they answered our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. It was obvious that they have years of experience in their field. Within the first day of contacting them I had already received an on site visit, competitive quote, and potential start date. The crew was professional, efficient, kind, and cleaned up all around the house when finished and this whole experience made replacing a roof way easier than I could've imagined.
So fast to get back to me and was really easy to communicate with. Came and did the job perfectly.
Tom visited to inspect our roof and provide an estimate. He demonstrated courtesy by taking time to speak with the 93 year old homeowner. His assessment was transparent and objective; rather than attempting to secure a sale, he honestly advised that our roof still has a few years of service remaining. In the current challenging economic climate, his integrity was appreciated.
Our experience with Army Roofing couldn't have been better! Tom and John were prompt, professional, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and charged us exactly what they quoted! Their team of roofers were friendly, hard working and didn't leave a scrap of material behind. Our new roof looks great! This was a good bunch to work with. Tom and John were professional and provided good advice such as ice and watershield where solar panels were going and ridged venting - upstairs much cooler now. Fascia boards replaced where required and nice flashing work. The ‘Honduran’ crew did a great job and fast! A great experience. Thank you!
