Most of what we install in Delta is two-ply SBS torch-on, which handles standing water and foot traffic better than anything else on a flat deck, and it is what a lot of the Tilbury and Annacis Island roofs are already running. Single-ply membranes like TPO and EPDM suit some buildings better, and we will say so when they do.
Where a roof still has life left in it we will quote a coating or a restoration instead. That costs a fraction of a tear-off and can buy several more years. We work with IKO, GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning and Malarkey, and we will tell you plainly whether your roof needs replacing or whether it can be repaired. There is no upside for us in selling you a roof you do not need yet.
